ID IMPACT INC. Respects its clients’ privacy.
This privacy policy (the “Policy”) applies to any data we gather offline and online, including when you visit our website, when you call or email us, when you interact with us on social media, and when we call, email or interact with you on social media.
We may update this Policy as laid out in the “Changes to the Policy” section below.
Your consent
It is your responsibility to read the Policy in its entirety before providing any personal information or using our site. If you share personal information with us, you are consenting to its collection, use, disclosure, transfer and storage as established by this Policy.

3) through third parties, including our service providers
We use personal information in accordance with this Policy. We retain your personal information for as long as is required to satisfy the purposes described in this Policy and, if necessary, to comply with applicable laws and internal company policies. We may combine data obtained from different sources, unless otherwise stated.
The terms of collecting, using and disclosing your personal information are described in the table in Appendix 1 below.

Data Retention
We retain your personal information collected online and offline for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. If necessary, we also retain and use it to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We take reasonable and appropriate precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized use, disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal information during transmission and storage. However, no security system is foolproof and transmission over the Internet is not perfectly secure or without the risk of error.
We store data on a secure server. Only authorized individuals have the right to access sensitive data, which they must keep strictly confidential.
Cookies and other automated technologies

A tracking pixel is a small object or image that is embedded in a web page, application or email that tracks the user’s activity. They are also called spy pixels or web beacons.
